This position is for an Occupational Therapist working on a per diem basis in Santa Fe, NM.

Job Description

Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning. Work under the supervision of the Director/Manager of Rehabilitation Services.

Minimum Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current New Mexico licensure from the American Occupational Therapy Association & BLS certification.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
