This full-time role requires a valid TN license and a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy; about 1 year of related experience is preferred. Timely documentation and compliant care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional goals.

• Accurately document patient progress in the EMR while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families on interventions and safety to maximize independence.
• Maintain records, billing, and productivity in line with department standards.

Job Summary

H elp patients restore function and independence by providing occupational therapy services that improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall quality of life. E valuate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain timely documentation to support positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional goals and promote optimal outcomes.
• Provide timely occupational therapy services, including evaluations, treatments, reassessments, and discharge planning in accordance with departmental standards.
• Accurately document patient progress, outcomes, goals, and plans of care within the electronic medical record while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and support successful treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic interventions, safety practices, and strategies to maximize independence.
• Maintain accurate records, billing, and productivity standards while contributing to departmental quality, performance, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current and Valid License as an Occupational Therapist in TN (Required)
• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy ( Required )
• 1 Year of Related Experience ( Preferred )
