Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for Neuro-PRN work in the Denver, CO area. The role involves delivering in-home, patient-centered therapy with interdisciplinary teams and evidence-based approaches to address functional goals.

Pay ranges from $56 to $66 per hour based on education and experience, with PRN scheduling options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure are required.
• Professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
• Provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Salary Range: $56.00 To $66.00 Hourly

We provide treatment for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnosis in the most functional setting there is - a person's own home and community.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in the Denver, CO and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
