Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Lubbock, TX seeks an Occupational Therapist specializing in neuro rehab. You’ll deliver patient-centered care in patients’ homes and communities, contributing to durable outcomes.

This role requires an OT degree, state licensure, and ideally a master’s or certification; strong planning, writing and communication skills are essential. Full-time or part-time opportunities with a multidisciplinary team are available.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required.
• Professional certification / Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs.
• Address visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology needs.

We are looking for Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Lubbock, TX, and surrounding areas - with Full-Time positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
