Job summary

Hartwell Health & Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven team in Georgia. You will provide patient-centered therapy, collaborate with the Rehabilitation Services team, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements.

The role requires a GA license and at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, plus experience in rehabilitation in a skilled nursing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and GA state license.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility rehabilitation is preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive team environment and supports Rehabilitation Services.
• Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants as defined by Georgia board rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for effective case management.
• Maintains current knowledge through seminars and journals.
• Demonstrates safe working practices and professional communication.
