Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in New Jersey. In this in-facility role, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.

You will train patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the rehab team to ensure holistic care. You must hold a ACOTE-accredited OT degree, NBCOT certification, and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Current, valid occupational therapy license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for OT.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in various settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure comprehensive care.
