Job summary

Trilogy Health Services seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team in Indiana. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT interventions to improve residents' daily living skills and functional abilities in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensure/registration as an OT in the state.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
