Peak Performance Physical Therapy, PLC seeks a dedicated outpatient physical therapist in Michigan. You will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one sessions focused on orthopedic rehab and post-surgical care.

Emphasis on patient-centered outcomes and collaborative care with a supportive team. You will document progress, participate in community wellness initiatives, and engage in continuous learning through mentorship and advanced

Job Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
Collaborate closely with a supportive team of OTs, PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

Current Michigan Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility) –New Grads Welcome!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning
Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training
