Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Waco is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for PRN positions to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in our local inpatient setting. You will provide direct therapy, supervise treatment plans, and engage with patients to support independence and recovery, while collaborating with a supportive team and accessing cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
