Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, addressing a wide range of neurological and orthopedic conditions. You will evaluate patients, implement OT plans, and adapt to the needs of multiple PAM Health facilities.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment programs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in service development across PAM Health locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop treatment programs.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate OT interventions.
• Contribute to service development and adapt to facility needs.
