Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate).
• Oklahoma OT license required to start.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in hospital inpatient and swing bed settings preferred.
• Competency in evaluation, treatment planning and documentation for adults and geriatrics.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams in acute care or skilled nursing environments.
