Job summary

Tower Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for referred patients within its comprehensive Rehabilitation Continuum. The role reports to the Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist and involves supervising assistants, aides, and students.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, and allied health professionals to support patient care across multiple facilities in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Completes and maintains required competencies and trainings.
• PA Occupational Therapy License or Temp Licensure in lieu of full license.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for referred patients.
• Supervises assistants, aides, and students.
• Maintains working relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and hospital staff.
• Supports all programs in the Rehabilitation Continuum.
