Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes the facility mission, vision and values with the team.
• Provides OT interventions and plans within an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates safety with modalities appropriate to patient age and factors.
• Communicates effectively with patients and families for rehabilitation goals.
• Coordinates with nursing, physicians and other disciplines.
