• Licensed Occupational Therapist, open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Effectively screens and evaluates patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.
• Utilizes standardized assessments to support clinical interventions.
• Provides skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administers various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan.
• Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Evaluates treatment outcomes for effectiveness.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families.
• Effectively communicates with supervisor and health team members.
• Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services.
