The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, adaptive treatment, and thorough documentation while coordinating with family education and discharge planning. New graduates are welcome, CT DPH licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
• New graduates will be considered.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation –Obtain medical/social history and measure functional status.
• Treatment –Perform and adjust treatments; educate patients and families.
• Documentation –Timely, complete clinical and billing documentation.
