You will model professional practice, mentor clinical interns, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining compliant documentation and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois OT license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association on hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and teaching.
• Participation on appropriate committees and departmental process improvement.
• Serve as role model for therapists and interns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance in EMR.
