The position may involve supervising clinical students and support staff, enhancing performance improvement efforts, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to promote health and healing within the hospital setting.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• OT;BLS Certification within 14 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Evaluates and assesses patients based on information.
• Develops a written plan of care.
• Provides treatment according to plan of care.
• Documents interventions in the patient’s medical record.
• Evaluates effectiveness of the plan of care and reassesses status.
• Provides discharge planning information including education, follow-up, and referrals.
• Contributes to staff and student development and activities to improve care.
