Cypress, TX | Full-Time (30–40 Hours/Week)

Compensation (W2 | Pay Per Visit)

• Treatment Visits: $48–$56 per billable hour (unit-based; based on experience)
• Evaluations: $70 per evaluation
• Meetings: $25/hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
