Alpine Therapy Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home health services in the Evergreen, CO area. The role offers flexible hours, a strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to work with patients in their homes.

Responsibilities include conducting OT evaluations, implementing and adjusting treatment plans, and collaborating with families and care teams to improve daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure in Colorado to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy.

• Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function with activities of daily living, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and that are realistically attainable.
• Participate as assigned in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives, and maintains professional knowledge and experience through ongoing education and training
