Your Role

• Provide in‑home occupational therapy to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
• Focus on improving ADLs, home safety, motor skills, cognitive function, and adaptive equipment use.
• Conduct 45‑minute therapy sessions, typically 2–3 visits per patient per week.
• Manage a caseload of 1 to 7 patients weekly, depending on your availability.
• Document all sessions using our easy‑to‑use platform.

Position Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Physical exam within the past year.
• Negative TB test.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
