Henry Ford Health, based in Detroit, MI, seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care across mid-Michigan from our Jackson hospital campus. You will perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and monitor progress to achieve optimal outcomes. Michigan licensure and OT degree are required; home care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program; degree required.
• Michigan OT license required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and insured vehicle required.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Licensure in the State of Michigan as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Michigan driver¿s license and dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan.

Preferred Qualifications

• Home Care experience preferred.
