BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time role delivering home health visits in York City and surrounding areas. The position serves adult and geriatric patients in their homes, collaborating within a multidisciplinary health care team.
The OT will evaluate functional status, activity limitations, and home safety, develop individualized care plans, educate clients and families, and document care using EMR on a tablet.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$58.00 - $68.00 per point
