AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home health team across Hill, Ellis, McLennan, and Navarro counties in Texas. This full-time position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with travel to patient homes in designated counties.

The role involves evaluating and treating individuals with neurological conditions, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, and helping patients maintain independence at home. A Texas OT license and relevant experience are required.

Competenze

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurologic injury.
• Experience in home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation settings.
• Licensed OT with state license or certification.
• Minimum two years of independent work with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury
• Experience with home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent with a license or certificate within the state providing services
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
