Ethos is seeking an Occupational Therapist for home health to deliver patient-centered care, manage the full therapeutic process, and collaborate with physicians and care teams. You will conduct patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans focused on goal achievement and positive patient experiences.

Qualifications include a BS in Occupational Therapy, NCOT, and active state licensure, with at least 1 year of home health experience and reliable transportation with valid

The Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of occupational therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients, in coordination with the physician and the patient care team.

The Occupational Therapist completes patient assessments, and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans, focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience.

• 1 Year Home Health Experience
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Occupational Therapist
• State license in practicing state
• Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
• Must have valid driver's license
