Medical Services of America, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for Home Health in Florence, SC and surrounding areas. You will deliver skilled OT services in patients’ homes, coordinate with a care team, and build personalized treatment plans to restore function and independence for diverse patients.

Applicants must have SC OT licensure, at least 1 year of OT experience (home health preferred), and strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

• Document patient progress and submit records within 24 hours of each visit.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and home health best practices.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $45.00-$55.00

We’re currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve patients in Florence, SC & surrounding areas (Darlington, Dillion, Marion, Marlboro, Lee, Williamsburg).

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you’ll work one-on-one with patients to help restore function, promote independence, and improve overall quality of life. You’ll play a vital role in supporting recovery through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with the physician’s plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to restore daily function and independence.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on alternative strategies for daily activities, safe transfers, and proper positioning.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document patient progress and submit records within 24 hours of each visit.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and home health best practices.

What You Bring:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical OT experience (home health experience strongly preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and required auto liability insurance.
