Therapy Partner Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home health team in Chatsworth, GA. This role offers part-time and PRN options with a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.

You’ll manage a diverse caseload alongside a multidisciplinary team, with limited drive time and strong support for professional growth through our Clinical Excellence Academy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program with active or pending state OT license.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Part-time or PRN availability in home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse home health caseload.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain efficient scheduling with limited drive time between visits.
