Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Libertyville is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver direct patient care in a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will guide assessments, develop personalized care plans, and support patients toward independence and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Target and resolve patient concerns while supporting recovery goals.
