Job summary

Working Nurses Healthcare, llc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our home-health team in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas.

You will meet patients in their homes, assess needs, and craft customized therapy plans to help them meet mobility goals. You will collaborate with other health professionals to arrange follow-up care, educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a compassionate, positive presence throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to stay positive and compassionate with patients over time.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and discuss health concerns and therapy needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with several patients in a day, in their homes, discussing their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. You will also work closely with other doctors or members of their health team to arrange follow-up care, help educate patients on lifestyle changes they may need, and provide a positive, affirming presence in their lives. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time.
