Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate authority to COTAs and technicians and oversee delegated care.
• Maintain department budget for equipment and supplies; ensure timely charges.
• Evaluate and establish treatment plans for patients referred to OT.
• Maintain productivity and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Mentor new employees and serve as clinical instructor after one year.
