Ivy Rehab in Sparta, NJ seeks a Licensed Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist (full-time) to deliver outpatient OT and hand therapy services to a diverse patient population. You’ll collaborate with a growth-minded team focused on excellent outcomes and mentorship.

Position Summary:

As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic’s specialty. Licensed Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist (Full-time)

Location: Sparta, NJ

Compensation Range: $80,000-$100,000 per year

Additional** compensation:** This position is also eligible for bonusandstudent loanrepayment

Compensation:

• $80,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, CHT cert, etc.)

• If takingadvantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earnup to anadditional$1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).

• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to$10K)
