Job summary

HealthCare Talent is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 30 hr/week position in Garden Grove, California. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing care plans, and ensuring therapy aligns with best practices.

This role requires a valid California Occupational Therapy License and at least two years of clinical experience. You'll work closely with patients and families to educate them on rehabilitation efforts. Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Valid and current California Occupational Therapy License in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience with adult physical disability.
• Minimum 1 year experience with frail or elderly population.

Responsibilities

• Collects patient data and identifies participant problems/needs.
• Develops individualized plans of care, involving participants and family.
• Ensures therapy complies with industry standards and administers treatments.
• Educates participants and families on rehabilitation needs.
• Records care delivered and evaluates participant progress.
