Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our growing team across Minnesota locations in Olmsted County, Rochester, Kasson and surrounding areas. We offer 1:1 client care, flexible scheduling, and a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an OT license in the state, a degree from an accredited program, basic computer literacy, and current CPR certification. FOX provides mentorship for new grads and comprehensive benefits.

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.

In Minnesota, the standard base pay range for a Full‑Time role is $60,000 - $95,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part‑Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro‑rated.
