Job summary

Qualifications

• OT licensed and registered in the state.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Experience with long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Excellent documentation and discharge planning skills.
• Able to supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs).
• Strong teamwork with all disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and develop rehab treatment plans.
• Establish and administer individualized treatment goals.
• Document patient condition and progress weekly; adjust as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy methods.
• Supervise OTAs and ensure quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
