Job summary

PACS seeks an Occupational Therapist for Cypress Ridge Care Center in Monterey, CA. You will join a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, assessing and treating patients, developing care plans, and coordinating therapy with other services to ensure high-quality care.

Requires a Master’s in OT, California OT license, and two years of practical experience, plus the legal right to work in the United States. EOE.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 2 years of employment experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• California Occupational Therapist License.
• Legal authority to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a key member of a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team providing services to include the assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions of patients.
• Test and evaluate patients’ physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients.
• Consult with the rehabilitation team to select activity programs and coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities and collaborate with other team members to ensure quality care is being provided to each patient.
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants.

Salary

Annual salary offered: $81,869.00.
