CHKD Medical Group in Williamsburg, VA seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services in line with AOTA standards and state regulations. The role includes supervising a COTA and maintaining up-to-date professional competencies, with a focus on quality patient care.

You will assess and optimize OT service delivery, stay informed on legislative and reimbursement issues, and perform additional duties as assigned in a patient-facing environment.

Competenze

• Licensed as an occupational therapist in the state.
• New graduates must obtain Virginia state licensure within 90 days.
• Knowledge of OT treatment and modalities.
• Experience with assessment tools and treatment plans.
• Ability to meet on-call requirements.

Mansioni

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with AOTA standards and laws.
• Provide direction for certified occupational therapy assistant in collaboration with official documents.
