Job summary

Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital in Florida is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver direct patient care within a vibrant rehabilitation team. You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and monitor progress to promote independence and safe recovery.

This role emphasizes collaboration with care teams, supervising treatments, and celebrating patient milestones while maintaining state licensure requirements and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guide patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
