Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• Graduated from an AOTA-accredited OT program.
• NBCOT Certification may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and complete.
