Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Occupational Therapist to plan and conduct treatment programs that restore and enhance patients’ physical, social, and mental functions. You will collaborate as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team, offering individualized care and discharge plans with meticulous documentation.

You’ll perform evaluations, develop plans, deliver interventions, supervise assistants, and communicate plans to involved parties, while maintaining timely clinical records

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD).
• Licensure in Occupational Therapy for the state of practice.
• Two years of occupational therapy experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
