Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy to adult and geriatric populations, focusing on independence, mobility, safety and quality of life. You will work in a collaborative clinical environment with emphasis on clinical autonomy and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans.
