Role Overview:

This position involves providing occupational therapy services primarily in a senior living community. The OT will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver direct patient care, supervise treatment by others, and instruct patients and families. Responsibilities include evaluating rehab potential, setting goals, utilizing equipment safely, adhering to medical precautions, and documenting services according to standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the practice state
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation
• Preferred: CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
