Job summary

Creative Health Solutions in Ocala, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time position within our Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living. You will develop and administer therapy programs to improve patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to tailor treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on procedures and techniques while staying current with evolving therapy

Qualifications

• Active State OT license in Florida.
• Full-time availability to join a SNF team.
• Experience delivering therapy programs in SNF settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
• Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
