Creative Health Solutions is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Ocala, Florida. This full-time position focuses on patient-centered therapy to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being within a collaborative healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida State OT license to practice.
