Job summary

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking Occupational Therapists (OTR) to join our team in California.

We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. You will provide exceptional OT care, participate in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.

Qualifications

• Active or obtainable California OT license required.
• Experience with post-acute care settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy care to patients across settings.
• Evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals.
