Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to empower adult/geriatric patients through personalized therapy focused on independence and safety.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive clinical setting, delivering patient-centered care, developing treatment plans, and tracking progress to improve quality of life. This full-time on-site role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient‑centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
