Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home health services to adults 55+ in the Boca Raton area. You will assess functional limitations, design individualized therapy plans, and work independently within retirement communities.

We value clinical enthusiasm, strong patient rapport, and the ability to self-schedule 5–6 visits per day. Florida OT licensure and BLS are preferred, with benefits including insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy License required to start.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or comfort working with adults aged 55 and older preferred.
• Ability to self-schedule and manage an autonomous caseload (≈5–6 visits per day).
• Willingness to work within home health serving retirement/life-plan communities; limited local travel; visits are walkable where possible.
• Open to new graduates; clinical enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong patient rapport.
• Guaranteed hours typically 25–30 hours per week; some roles may require 40 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home health settings to adults 55+; assess and treat functional deficits.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans and goals.
• Document progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams.

• Support residents across retirement communities and facilitate continuity of care.
