Vital Therapy in Snyder, Texas is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist to join our in-house therapy program on a full-time basis or PRN. You will work within a small, homey facility with an excellent interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled OT services for a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions.

We offer flexible compensation options for full-time staff, with bonus opportunities up to $5,000.

Competenze

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Experience in SNF/post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy programs.

AVIR AT SNYDER, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full time or PRN OT to join our in-house therapy program. This is a homey, comfortable facility with an excellent interdisciplinary team in place. We seek a clinician who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions. We have excellent nursing care in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of. We have prn schedules available as well!
