This position offers full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling with shifts up to 40 hours per week across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. You will evaluate and implement personalized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and support patient recovery in diverse settings.
