Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions in Waco, TX is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations and treatments to help patients gain independence in daily living. You will conduct assessments, set goals, and deliver interventions focused on self-care and adaptive equipment.

Job Summary

• Train caregivers and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state OT license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs

• Knowledge of OT interventions and rehab techniques.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational ability.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching.
