Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Qualifications

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements

What You’ll Do:
