Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in a skilled nursing setting. Must be a licensed OT to apply; we offer competitive pay, a collaborative environment, and strong clinical education to support your impact on patients' daily living.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as OTR if required by state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
